Which payment methods does the app accept?
Five: cash, the driver's card reader, PicPay, Pix and Mercado Pago. The admin turns each method on and off right in the panel, and the driver edits their own PicPay, Pix and Mercado Pago accounts in the app.
How do Pix and Mercado Pago work inside the app?
With PicPay and Pix the app opens automatically with the ride amount — the passenger just confirms. Pix shows the driver's key (CPF, e-mail, phone or CNPJ) and the key can be copied instantly. With Mercado Pago, the merchant code is displayed for the passenger to type in and pay.
How do the cancellation fee and blocking limit work?
The admin charges a cancellation fee per category. Example: setting a R$30.00 limit with a R$3.00 fee, when the limit is reached the passenger is blocked in that category until the debt is paid — and can still request rides in the other categories. Setting the value to R$0.00 turns the fee off.
What is the Refer and Earn system?
The passenger refers drivers and earns for every ride they complete. The panel defines the amount per ride, the monthly ride goal and when the withdrawal button is released — the payout goes to the wallet automatically, offsetting negative balance (e.g. R$2.80 positive minus R$1.00 owed = R$1.80 credit).
Does the app have instant (on-demand) rides?
Yes. The instant (on-demand) ride feature turns on and off right in the panel, along with the referral code text, the banner with link and the monthly ride goal that releases the transfer.
How is sign-up protected against fraud?
Passenger sign-up requires a phone number, verified by Firebase — no multiple ghost accounts in your database.
What happens if the server needs to go down?
You enable maintenance mode: the passenger and driver apps show an editable notice set in the panel with the downtime window, instead of a connection error. The feature also lets you migrate the system to another server.
